Full Accounting Service
We have a dedicated accounts department who will cover all your accounting needs.
We will, if required, prepare a budget of estimated expenditure on an annual basis and discuss and advise on the resultant level of service charge. We collect all service charge monies on a monthly, quarterly or half yearly basis into our Client account by either bankers standing order or invoice at no additional charge. Our systems guarantee total protection of your funds and we also have comprehensive professional indemnity insurance cover.
Accurate records of accounts are prepared and maintained. Late payments and arrears are closely monitored and action taken accordingly.
A statement of income and expenditure is distributed to all Directors of the Management Company on a quarterly basis with an annual account being prepared and distributed to all owners.
